Mumbai deserves better homes.

For too long, architecture in Mumbai has been a numbers game. More area. More units. More returns. Somewhere along the way, we stopped asking a fairly simple question: would someone actually love living here?

But better design has to work commercially and systemically.

People want more from their homes now. Better light. Better layouts. Better spaces to live in. The challenge is making all of that work on Mumbai's complicated sites, within its regulations, approvals and very real commercial pressures.

That's exactly where we come in.

Give us the difficult site. The awkward plot. The impossible brief. We find a way to make the numbers work without designing the soul out of the building. More value for the developer. Better homes for the people who live there.

Because, we know the city and the systems, inside out.

We come from a second-generation builder family. We are architects by profession. We know what gets approved. We know what sells. And we know what good design can change. Now, we want to use all three to build a better Mumbai.

Reading the Site

Every brief begins with the site itself — its opportunities, its constraints, its history, and its place within the city. We study the plot, the neighbourhood, and the regulatory framework (DCPR) not as limitations but as the first language of the design, understanding what the site permits before we decide what it deserves.

Shaping the Idea

The concept emerges through iteration — circulation, light, ventilation, massing, and material tested against the client's ambitions and the realities of urban density. We work through plans and volumes together with the client, balancing spatial quality with the commercial logic every development must answer to.

Giving it Precision

Design intent is carried into technical resolution — drawings, details, and documentation prepared for statutory approval and construction. Structural, MEP, and landscape consultants are brought into close coordination here, so nothing is lost between the idea and its execution.

Building the Vision

Our involvement continues through construction — on-site presence, coordination with contractors, and continual dialogue to protect the integrity of the design as it becomes real.

What emerges is a building that belongs — to its site, its city, and the people who use it.

Join our ambition. We are hiring:

No. You'll definitely make toilet drawings, because every architect should understand the basics. But that's never all you'll do. We don't believe in keeping people in one corner of a project. You'll work on design, documentation, coordination, site visits and client discussions as you grow. The goal is to make you a well-rounded architect, not just someone who's really good at one type of drawing.

You're not expected to know everything when you join us. We certainly didn't. What we do expect is curiosity, a willingness to ask questions and the confidence to say, "I don't know, but I'll figure it out." We're a young team, and teaching happens every day through discussions, reviews, site visits and simply working together. If you're willing to learn, we'll invest the time.

You absolutely should, if that's the experience you're looking for. Larger firms have their own strengths. The difference is that in a smaller practice like ours, you'll get exposure to every part of a project much earlier. Instead of working on one small piece, you'll understand how design, execution, clients, approvals and business all come together. That kind of experience is difficult to get when you're one person in a very large team.

You'll do both. We believe you can't become a good architect by only sitting behind a screen. You'll visit sites regularly, coordinate with contractors and consultants, attend meetings and follow projects through different stages. Seeing a project move from a sketch to a completed building teaches you far more than any drawing ever can.

There isn't one, and that's probably the best part. One day you might be working through design options, the next you're on site solving an unexpected issue, sitting with a developer, coordinating with consultants or reviewing drawings before a submission. Real estate architecture moves quickly, so every week looks a little different. If you enjoy variety and solving problems, you'll enjoy the work.

We're a young team building a practice with a lot of ambition. We work hard, take ownership and expect everyone to be involved rather than wait for instructions. At the same time, we don't believe in hierarchy for the sake of it. Ideas can come from anyone, questions are always welcome, and everyone is trusted with real responsibility. We take our work seriously, but we try not to take ourselves too seriously. And, unlimited coffee, of course!
